Having settled the framework for data acquisition in the EmpowerMed project, which is absolutely necessary to evaluate the good advancement and achievements of the project, this deliverable presents the master documents that will be used in each different activity of the project. These documents go from manual uses of specific devices to on-line questionnaires including also the tools for collective assemblies and household energy audit data acquisition tools.
